Driver Operation Guide

XP300 Driver Parameters

Factory Reset: Set P02.32=1

  1. Pulse Position Mode

P02.01=1 (position mode), P03.04=1 (enable), P05.08 for speed adjustment (higher value = faster speed)

  1. Analog Speed Mode (±10V)

P02.01=0, P03.04=1 (enable), P06.01=1

To reverse rotation under 0-10V analog signal: set P03.07=26

Pin definition: 24V → Pin16, 0V → Pin19

XP200 Driver Parameters

Factory Reset Steps: Disconnect encoder cable or cut power, set P000=316, long press Confirm key until "Done". Power off and restart, hold E-SEF button for 3 seconds till "Done", reboot again to save settings.

  1. Pulse Position Mode (5V/24V)

Pr000=0, Pr098=1 to enable; Pr029 controls running speed (larger number = faster)

  1. Analog ±10V Speed Mode

Pr000=1, Pr025=0, adjust speed via Pr046 (default speed: 300rpm)
