Security and privacy protection of the robot lawn mower app?

Our software is CE certified and does not transmit any sensitive data to the outside world. The camera processesdata locally, without data transfer or storage. The data bandwidth of our robot is also limited and only transmits the robot’s working data.

What are the differences between GS and GX?

a. Differences in hardware: The blade disc of the GS is located on the side and has a cutting width of 19.6 cm, while the blade disc of the G30 is located in the middle and has a larger cutting width of 23.5 cm.
b. Maximum daily mowing area: The GS and GX correspond to a mowing area of 1,000㎡ and 2,500㎡ respectively.
c. Different cloud services: The two models store a different number of cards in the cloud. GS: 10 cards, GX: 30

What are the installation requirements for the Robot lawn mower?

It is best to have a power source close to the lawn. Avoid areas with professional signal shielding equipment. Place the charging station in a place where water does not collect.

Can be used on uneven lawns?

Thanks to its large drive wheels, the Robot also works on uneven terrain and slopes up to 30° .

Can abnormal weather conditions such as rain or thunderstorms cause robot
failures?

There is a rain sensor on the top of the robot. When the water reaches a certain level, the robot automatically.returns to the charging station. When it starts working again, it returns to the previous memory point to continue mowing.

What does the resumption of mowing mean?

When the battery is empty, it automatically returns to the charging station. After recharging, it resumes work at the memory point. This can also happen when avoiding temporary obstacles and driving around the lawn.

Does the mower support operation in multiple areas?

The G-Series mower supports multi - area operation. You can create paths to connect the areas to be mowed.

Can I set up and save multiple cards?

Yes, you can set up multiple maps and perform mowing tasks in the same job. The maps can be backed up to the cloud and switched as needed to operate the mower.

Does the mower work in the rain?

The G-Series mower is equipped with a rain sensor and will automatically return to the charging station if it starts raining during operation. If a scheduled task starts while it is raining, the mower will wait until the rain has stopped. However, it is also possible to set the mower to continue working when it is raining.

Can the mower be used at night?

Yes, the mower turns on its lights at night and its noise level of 60 dB does not disturb the neighbors.

How often should the mower be cleaned and the blades replaced?

If mowing is done daily, it is recommended to clean the mower every 1 - 2 weeks, especially to remove grass buildup on the blades. To do this, use a water spray nozzle and the brush provided. The app maintenance section provides information on blade wear.

How much grass can the mower mow per day?

The GS can mow an average of about 600 to 1,000 square meters per day, while the GX can mow about 2,000-2500 square meters.

Does the mower automatically avoid moving obstacles such as small hedgehogs and
dogs?

The G-Series mower is equipped with a high - resolution camera that uses an image analysis function to detect and avoid moving objects. It also has a collision avoidance function to ensure safety in case the visual detection is not activated.

How is the mower’s theft protection?

The G-Series mower can be effectively tracked, remotely locked and unlocked when needed (applies to SIM card version). Please refer to the manual for more details.

Troubleshooting:

Why Does the App Show Rain Pause When It Isn’t Raining?

This is likely due to moisture or water accumulation on the mower's rain sensor. Wipe the sensor clean and try again. Even if it’s not raining, we recommend mowing during drier periods for better results.

Why Are There Many Missed Spots in the Mowing Area?

Complex obstacles on the lawn may confuse the mower, making it think it can’t pass

through certain areas. Keep the lawn free of excess debris.

If many areas remain unmowed, continue using the mower through multiple cycles, as the

mower will eventually cover all missed areas.

Why Did My Mower Suddenly Stop Working?

This is typically due to weak GPS signal. The mower will automatically reconnect to the satellite and resume operation. If the signal is lost for a long time, try adjusting the base station's position.

Why Does the Mower Take So Long to Return to Charge or Not Charge at All?

If the charging connector is in good condition but the mower isn't charging, clean the charging contacts on both the charging station and the mower, then try charging again.

Why Is the Mower Not Passing Through the Path I Set?

Ensure the path is clear of obstacles and that the width is greater than 1 meter. Also, check that the start and end points of the path are within the map's boundaries.

Why Is the RTK Signal Light Flashing, and the Mower Can’t Connect to Satellite?

Try moving the RTK base station to an open area (refer to the quick installation guide) and press the reset button 3 times to re-match the connection.

What to Do If There Are Many Missed Cuts and the Grass Is Not Cleanly Cut?

If this is your first time using the mower, manually mow the lawn first, or increase the cutting height. For thick grass, consider using the grass deflector.
