4 Advanced Working Modes

4 advanced modes can be accessed by depressing the Mode Button and cycling through each one:

DC voltage: read the DC voltage with a resolution of 0.1 volts.

AC voltage: read the Max. voltage, the Min. voltage, frequency, and duty cycle.

Resistance: read the resistance between the tip and auxiliary ground lead.

Tone On/Off: technicians use the tone in a dark environment to distinguish the test results and turn it off when unnecessary.

Compnent Activation Function

Overload Protection & Quick Self Test

10 Amp Circuit Breaker built-in to protect the tool from overload. The circuit breaker will trip if it becomes overloaded to protect the battery and give a buzzer warning. When the circuit breaker is tripped, the tool will NOT be able to conduct battery current to the tip even when the power switch is pressed.
