Question 1 ： Comes with the foam backrest ？

Answer : The backrest is not included in the package. Accessories : one base plate, a set of PU leather lining, two pieces reflective stickers, two keys and a bag of screws.

Question 2 : Can be mounted on BMW/Yamha/Suzuki/Kawasaki/CFMOTO and other models motorcycles ?

Answer : This motorcycle top box it's universal. This moto tail box can be installed as long as the rear of your motorcycle is fitted with a suitable rack. (Refer to the rack shown in the main picture)

Question 3 : It's Aluminium or Plastic ?

Answer : This box is made of aluminum alloy and is very strong. Only the corners are fitted with ABS plastic anti-fall guards. (You can see the video)

Question 4: Why is there a strange smell after opening the box?

Answer : Because this box is lined with newly produced PU leather and shipped in a sealed manner, it can't be ventilated during long-term transportation. After receiving the product, you can open the box and leave it for 1-2 days, and the odor will dissipate.

Question 5: Haven't received the package always. Or received a damaged box.

Answer: You can just ask for a refund, and we will refund the money to you and apply for compensation from the logistics company.
