How to Use   

1. Fill the lower pot of the coffee urn with cold or hot water (not exceeding the safety valve position).

2. Put the coffee powder in and gently press it flat (please do not press it too tightly).

3. Check that accessories such as silicone rings are installed completely.

4. Tighten the upper and lower pots to prevent air leakage during use.

5.Place the coffee urn on a heat source for heating and observe its changes.

6. After cooking, turn off the power, you can get a cup of mellow coffee.

Notes

1. Please add warm water to the pot to 0.19inch below the safety valve. If the water level is higher than the safety valve, the safety valve will not work properly.

2. This product can not be used to boil water, which may cause splashes or safety accidents. Coffee powder must be added in the process of use and should be of medium grain size to fill the powder tank. Too coarse grinding of coffee powder, too little coffee, or insufficient compaction of the abrasive before brewing will lead to insufficient pressure, which will cause improper brewing.

3. During the heating process of the mocha pot, please do not open the lid for checking to prevent the coffee spray from scalding the skin. After the mocha pot is heated, do not touch the pot body directly with your hands. Use a towel or insulating gloves to cooperate with it.

4. The product may have an oxidation reaction during use, so it needs to be cleaned in time after use. There is no need to worry if there are oxidation spots. This product uses food-grade materials and is harmless to the human body.

5. Please wash with warm water after making coffee every time. Do not use steel ball&frosted material or put this product into the dishwasher for cleaning. The detergent should not have strong alkalis or acids and the rubber ring and filter gasket at the bottom of the upper pot also need to be removed and cleaned to prevent mildew and avoid affecting the taste and extraction effect of coffee. If you do not use the mocha pot for a long time, you can put it back in the carton or store it in a dry and ventilated place.
